Login Instructions

Insert your Username and Password in the Login section on the left.

Your Username has NOT changed from the old employee website, but your Password has been reset to "user". After you login you MUST change your password.

If you have never logged into this website, here's what you should anticipate:

  • Your Username is your first and last name (no middle initial) exactly as it appears on your paycheck (include a space between your first and last name).
  • For your Password type the word "user" (without the quotes, of course).
  • Once you are logged in, you must reset your password. Follow the instructions on reseting your password.
  • Once you have created a new password, you will be given access to certain features.
  • You will only be given access to the departments and regions you service.
  • If you need additional access to departments or regions, contact your home office teammate.
  • If you need additional access to site features, contact Jeff Hosale (x1397).

What's New

Below are some new features for the site -

  • Site navigation menus are located on top to provide more space for content.
  • Every page has a Show QuickHelp button to display instructions for the page.
  • Access to common reports will be added to allow users to view them without assistance from the home office.
  • A schedule can also be viewed in a block calendar format.
  • Improved data valadation for forms when inputing data.
  • Calendar controls have been added for inserting dates.

Forgot Password?

If you forget your password, please reset it by clicking the Reset Password menu item above. To do this you will need to know your Username and the Answer to your Challenge Question you provided when you logged in for the first time.


Browser Support

This site has been tested on and currently supports Internet Explorer versions 6 & 7 and Opera version 9. Mac users are strongly encouraged to use Opera 9. Click here to download the Opera 9 web browser.

Internet Explorer 7 has many benefits over IE 6, including "tab browsing". Instead of opening new windows all over your screen, it loads new pages in "tabs" that are in the same window (very handy!!). You can download Internet Explorer 7 by clicking the Windows Update link below.
