Below are some common questions frequently asked by employees.
I'm trying to login for the first time, what should I do?
Your Username is ALWAYS your first name and your last name with a space in
between. All Passwords are initially set to "user" (without the quotes, of
course). All Passwords are case sensative.
I've logged in before but I cannot seem to login now, what should I do?
Your Username never changes; so most likely you are not typing the correct
Password. If your login continues to fail, you can reset your Password by
clicking the "Reset Password" menu item on the left. To reset your Password you
will need to know your Username, company email address, and the response to the
challenge question you answered when you logged in for the first time.
Can someone just email me my Password?
No. All Passwords are encrypted. They appear as random letters and numbers when
viewed by office personnel.
Can someone at the office reset my Password if I cannot reset it myself?
Yes. Call Jeff Hosale (x1397) to have your password manually reset.
How can I gain access to additional site features such as entering and viewing
Contact Sheets and Bookings?
Call Jeff Hosale (x1397) to have your user role upgraded.
Who should I contact if I need access to additional departments and/or regions?
Your teammate in the Gallatin office can add or remove departments or regions.
How do I access my company Email?
Once you have logged in to the website, click the Email menu item. This will
take you directly to your email Inbox.
I'm receiving an error on a web page, who should I notify?
Click on the Contact Us menu item to report errors on the site directly to the
IT Department. When completing the Contact Us form, be sure to use your company
email address and not your personal email address. You will be notified by
email when the issue has been corrected.
When I click the Email menu item, I receive an error; what should I do?
Click the Contact Us menu item and report the problem. Select "Problem - Email"
as the General Description.
How can I submit a suggestion or request a feature that will improve the
usefulness of our site?
Please use the Contact Us feature to submit a suggestion. Select "Suggestion"
as the General Description.
