Are there any sitting fees or pre-payment required?

There is absolutely no cost involved for parents or the center. In fact, parents are under no obligation to purchase, nor is there any pre-payment required.

When will I receive my portraits?

Generally within 2-3 weeks after purchase.

What should children wear on Portrait Day?

Have children dress in their favorite colorful outfit.

How much are your portraits?

We offer packages to fit any budget. Parents have the freedom to view images the same day with no obligation to purchase. Your portrait consultant will have our current pricing available on Portrait Day during the Portrait Sales Event.

How do I add retouching to my photos?

Retouching is available for an additional fee on all orders. Once your item is placed into the cart you can choose retouching using the “Options” tab.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, eCheck, and PayPal. We do not accept CASH.

Do you offer family portraits?

We can photograph any family member who is present during our time at the center.

How do I receive my digital images?

If you purchased digital images during the Portrait Sales Event, you will receive an email containing an access code and link to store.teddybearportraits.com to download your digital images. Portraits may take up to 48 hours after purchase to become available for download. Click here to view instructions for downloading your digital images.

Can I order online?

Yes, register with the portrait consultant at your center the day of the Digital Portrait Sales Event to receive your access code. However, by placing your order onsite the same day you can take advantage of our exclusive offers, discounts and wide range of package options.

What is your refund policy?

Teddy Bear Portraits does not offer refunds on previewed photo orders. Once an order and payment is submitted, portraits are non-refundable as they are processed when the order is placed. By completing an order, you are agreeing to this policy.
