Are there any sitting fees or pre-payment required?

There is absolutely no cost involved to the center. This is a service you are providing for the parents and center. In fact, the parents are under no obligation to purchase, nor is there any pre-payment required.

When will my photos be posted online for viewing and ordering?

You can view and order your photos online with the gallery password the same afternoon of your photo date.

How can I place an order?

Order online using your online code or qr code. Or call our Customer Care Department at 1-716-512-6336 Monday to Thursday 9AM to 5PM ET.

How do I access my photos online?

  1. Click the Shop button at the top of the page.
  2. In the search field on the page, enter the code listed on your order form.
  3. Enter your email. This is used to send you your digital images and offers.
  4. To view a larger version of an image, click on the thumbnail image.
  5. Click the Buy button to order any package option or image.

How do I add retouching to my photos?

Retouching is available for an additional fee on all orders. Once your item is placed into the cart you can choose retouching using the “Options” tab.This will only retouch the image(s) for your order. It does not retouch either the proofs or the yearbook image.You must contact customer care by phone or email if you want the yearbook image retouched.

What do I do if I don’t know my gallery code?

Email us at customerservice@nationwidestudios.com with your child’s full name. Our Customer Care department will retrieve and send your gallery code via email. Or message us on our chat box in the

What is the digital download?

Digital Download is a package option that includes the digital version of your portraits with copyright permission to share or print the photographs. When you purchase a Digital Download package, Teddy Bear Portraits sends you a link to the email address you provided at checkout. When you visit the link, you can download your images directly to your computer. The copyright attached to the email gives you ownership of your photos. We cannot provide refunds on digital downloads since customers receive the copyright at purchase.

What is a Social Media Image?

The social media download is a lower resolution photo suitable for only posting on social media.  It is not meant to be high quality nor used for printing. If you wish to have a high-resolution image with a copy right release, then the full digital download would need to be purchased. 

Once I place an order, how long will it take to receive my package?

Orders can take up to 4-6 weeks and are delivered via UPS and USPS.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

After an order is placed, it goes directly into production; therefore, we are not able to change or cancel an existing order.

Do you send prints to foreign countries?

Our international shipments are limited to prints that are 8×10 or smaller in size. Please contact us to place international orders.

I forgot to add the free items to my order, how can I still get those?

The extra free items would have needed to be added to your cart after unlocking them with the qualifying purchase. We would incur additional shipping and processing fees to send them to you.

We would need to charge a $10 fee for the items, IF you forgot to add them to your order. If you would like to have them sent to you, please call us at 716-512-6336 so, we can take your payment over the phone.

My coupon expired can I get a new one?

Unfortunately, our discount code is only valid for 24 hours.All codes expires at midnight after the photo day.

Once you have logged into your child’s gallery that will place you on our email list for future promotions.
